One of the best skill systems I ever played on was my first MMO, Asherson's Call. If you were using your sword or whatever skill the more you would build up your proficency. WoW has something like it as well.

It seems to me from what i've heard about WoW is that once you kill a boss, they have to revive, and sometimes that takes hours because of other people waiting to kill it, I dont know about anyone else, but im not waiting a couple of hours just to kill one boss.

No. All dungeons/raids in WoW are instanced, just like Guild Wars. So you get your "own" boss. The open, persistent world is for questing/leveling/farming/grinding etc. All real endgame PvE is instanced.

U know, I think part of that waiting makes the game world seem more real. There shouldn't be just a boss for anyone to kill if they wanted. MMO is supposed to simulate a real fantasy world, that's y it's fun (I'm not saying that waiting is fun, but u can do a lot of other things instead of waiting). Overall, I think that one open world for everyone is better than ur own world. Just my opinion, but that's what MMO is.

Along with the open world I'm also thinking that they will have an auction house, which is one of the most needed features in Guild Wars. I don't mind the raised level cap as long as the skill bar remains somewhat the same. In WOW you can have 70 skills equipped at one time and I hope GW keeps it small as it is now.
